Shipping Policy
All Apparel is printed to order, just for you, in the USA. That means nothing sits in a warehouse and every order takes a few days to make before it ships. Here is exactly what to expect.
Production Time
Your order goes into production the moment it's placed. Printing takes 2 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. During launches, holidays, and big word-of-the-day moments, production can run a day or two longer.
Shipping Time (United States)
Once your apparel leaves production, standard shipping takes 3 to 6 business days. Add that to production, and most orders arrive within 5 to 11 business days of ordering. [Expedited shipping is available at checkout for orders that need to arrive faster.]

International shipping
International orders typically arrive 10 to 20 business days after leaving production, depending on the destination and customs. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees set by your country. These are charged by your local authorities, are not included in your order total, and are the customer's responsibility. Dolls on the Brain has no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link the moment your package ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan. If it hasn't moved in 5 business days, email us and we'll chase it.
Orders with Multiple Items
Because items are printed to order and sometimes at different facilities, a multi-item order may arrive in more than one package. Each package will have its own tracking number. You will never be charged extra for split shipments.
Address Changes and Cancellations
Check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Because production starts right away, we can make changes or cancel an order only within 2 hours of it being placed. Email us at [hello@dollsonthebrain.com] with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order is in production or has shipped, we can't redirect it.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment, and the reshipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
Lost, Damaged, or Misprinted Orders
If your tracking shows delivered but your package isn't there, first check with neighbors, building management, and your local carrier, as packages are sometimes marked delivered a day early. If it still hasn't turned up after 3 business days, email us and we'll make it right.
If your apparel arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, send a photo to [hello@dollsonthebrain.com] within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost. See our Return Policy for full details.
